I offer brief therapy, four to six sessions, to reconnect you with your resources – we often loose touch with these when stretched or stressed.

Brief solution focused therapy focuses on:

  • What's possible and how will you know it has happened
  • Doing more of what works (and less of what doesn't!)
  • Your strengths and resources
  • Promoting change in 'difficult' situations
  • Including others in your change plan
